Private Yoga Classes

Seasons of Life Yoga

Private clients typically have a few goals in mind:

Developing a home practice: At times students want to practice yoga more often and coming to a group class isn’t possible. Practicing at home is useful and can be cost effective compared to a group class. During the home practice I will help you to evaluate your personal goals, discuss helping you to keep your practice consistent, and write up a plan to practice. Once this is disussed I will help to guide you through the practice so that you are fully capable of practicing on your own safely and successfully. Home practices are most effective when combined with a group yoga class.

Personalized yoga coaching: If you’re interested in deepening your yoga practice these sessions will include guidance on how to properly perform postures and adaptations to your specific goals and body. Students that have experienced a coaching session describe that they have noticed improvements in their yoga practice.

Special needs instruction: Some individuals have needs that are not met by group classes. I can work one on one with students who have a variety of needs. Examples of client issues include: specialized sessions for seniors, wheelchair bound individuals, stress management, arthritis, recovery (associated with physical therapy or recommended by your doctor), multiple sclerosis and other acute or chronic physical injuries.

Location must be provided by the client.
